Sourced from alluvial terraces close to Tasman Bay this Sauvignon is partially barrel fermented. Opens with a grassy, pea shoot and nettle aromas rather than upfront fruit. Medium weighted it is has tart green and yellow citrus fruits with a long juicy finish.
