VINEYARD & WINEMAKING
The 2014 vintage was warm dry and settled, allowing fruit to be harvested in pristine condition and with excellent flavours. This wine consists of a variety of parcels blended from different vineyard sites across three regions.
FRUIT HANDLING: All parcels were crushed and pressed with juice settled for 48hrs prior to fermentation.
