Quick Overview

A convergence of flavours from four separate vineyards located on the banks of the Wairau and Awatere rivers. Harvested at optimum ripeness, the grapes were gently pressed and fermented, at cool temperatures, in stainless steel to maximise fruit purity and character. A percentage of the wine was aged on natural yeast lees for 3 months, adding texture, complexity and increased mouthfeel to the palate.





Colour: Bright straw with golden/green hues
Bouquet: An abundance of ripe tropical fruit is overlaid with exotic gooseberry and attractive herbal pungency.
Palate: Displays great concentration yet has a stylish elegance – fresh, balanced and persistent flavours with a long mineral finish.
