With an average Brix of 26.8. After fermenting on the skins for 6-9 days, the must was pressed and the resulting wine finished fermentation in Stainless Steel tanks. The wine then received the equivalent of approximately 6 months of aging in French Oak barrels.
The nose is filled with ripe blackberry, toffee and a bit of clove. Flavors of juicy dark berry fruit are abundant. The round dense wine has a mocha finish which is absent of any astringency.
