This Riesling was made from grapes sourced from a local vineyard in Waipara. The fruit was carefully handled to produce a wine with distinct and unique characters resulting in a wine that is deliciously crisp and refreshing with flavours reminiscent of ripe citrus and stonefruit. Made in a medium to off-dry style (~20g/L residual sweetness), this wine is ideal as an aperitif and also wonderful when matched with many foods including fresh seafood and many chicken dishes incorporating ginger and lemon. Serve chilled.

An immensely delicious riesling, the fragrant bouquet shows mandarin, grapefruit, peach and floral aromas, leading to a succulent palate that’s both refined and richly flavoured. There’s elegant sweetness (28 g/l) which is brilliantly balanced by the acidity, making the wine refreshing and highly enjoyable. At its best: now to 2018.
