Arcadia Brut Non-vintage, 55 % Pinot Noir, 45 % Chardonnay. This wine is made from a blend of Central Otago Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Both of these varieties are renowned for producing excellent quality grapes for Methode Traditionelle wines. By blending reserve wines from different years we are able to produce a wine of consistent style, quality and character.
Light gold in colour. Complex toasty notes combine with citrus and a touch of stone fruit punctuated with bready notes from 2 years on lees. Produced in a vibrant cremant style it offers crisp fruit, creaminess and complexity with an elegant long soft finish.
