2. Can I return my online order?

Yes. We’re confident that our products represent excellent value for money, and we’re proud to guarantee every product you buy. If you’re not satisfied with a purchase you’ve made online or e-mail, you have two options available. The order can either be returned to offline store (providing your Order ID as proof of purchase) or to arrange for the order to be collected from you, just email us info@winebox.co.nz within a week of receiving it. If you receive your online order and then change your mind, exchanges can be possible at the discretion of WINE BOX Customer Service within a week of accepting the delivery. Please be aware that in the event of an exchange, any additional delivery charges will be at your own expense. We can only provide an exchange as an option if all products are in their original packaging and condition.

3. How can I pay for my online order?

We accept payments using Credit card such as Mastercard and Visa though secured Payment Express Gateway.

We also accept payment directly to our bank account, how ever your order will be sent out once payment clear on our bank statement.

Unfortunately we do not accept Cheques, PayPal, Money Orders, Gift Cards or flybuys points as payment methods.

4. Can I order online, and then collect my order in store?

Yes, As we are running offline store as well, we are able to offer a ‘Click and Collect’ service for online orders.

5. How much does delivery cost?

6. How long will my online order take to reach me?

Once your order has been received your order will be dispatched and delivered between 2-5 business days(Mon-Fri).

Please keep in mind, in some instances stock is not readily available and will need to be sent from suppliers. In these instances delivery will be delayed a few days.

7. Can I cancel my order?

So that we can offer you the best possible price, WINE BOX’s fulfilment systems are fully automated. This means that the moment your order has been placed, the wheels start turning and we are unable to cancel your order or change any of your order details once they have been placed.

8. How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched we’ll email you a notification containing a unique Product Code and Number which will allow you to track your item online through to delivery. Simply visit; http://www.posthaste.co.nz/ or https://www.courierpost.co.nz/and enter your unique Consignment Number to track your order.

9. What if I am not there when my order is delivered?

Our delivery contractor posthaste, generally deliver during business hours. If you’re not expected to be home during business hours we suggest, if possible, providing your work address as the delivery address. You can also allocate your delivery preference during checkout to be left at your front door.

10. Why did I get a different vintage?

Due to vintage changes in inventory, if an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will substitute it with next available vintage.

11. How can I keep updated on special offers?

We regularly send out great offers via email. And from time to time we may phone you about great deals on wines that are just too hot to advertise to the general public and/or where we have limited stock. And if you are a WINE BOX member we will send you exclusive WINE BOX member offers.
